LifeValet started as an impromptu “valet service” for skateboarders attending an event with their skateboards in tow but were not allowed (or did not want) to carry their boards. Mixing hospitality-informed philosophy and practices applied to the "standing sideways" creative culture and industry led to the moniker, The Concierge, given by the community. The Concierge/LifeValet images reflect this culture of service and play. LifeValet evovled into a platform celebrating the DIY ethos in board culture--sharing the people, stories and events that inspire creativity in action.
Key to hospitality-inspired philosophy is positive-centric and experiential. The goal of LifeValet is to promote a healthy life via a playful spirit. We have a choice with the people or products we surround ourselves with, the media we read, the food we consume, the places or businesses we choose to inhabit and support. LifeValet provides a platform that promotes and creates positive products, connections, and experiences.
